Refund Policy

RECON UGC is a subscription software service billed through Stripe. This policy explains when we issue refunds. The short version: subscription fees are non-refundable except for genuine billing errors, and you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

1. Subscriptions are non-refundable

Because access to the dataset and tools is granted immediately, subscription fees (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. Billing errors

If you were charged in error (a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or an incorrect amount), email info@reconugc.com within 30 days. We will investigate and refund any verified billing error in full.

3. Annual plans

Annual plans are billed once up front at a discount versus monthly, and are subject to the same non-refundable terms. Cancelling an annual plan stops it from renewing; it does not refund the unused portion of the current year.
