Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your RECON UGC subscription at any time, in one click, with no cancellation fee. This policy explains exactly what happens when you do.

1. How to cancel

Open your account page and click Manage billing to reach the Stripe billing portal, then cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing. You will not be charged again.

2. When access ends

You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. For a monthly plan that is the end of the current month; for an annual plan, the end of the current year. After that date your account reverts to the free, signed-out experience. Your data is not deleted.

3. No proration

We do not charge for any period after you cancel, and we do not prorate or refund the remainder of the current period. See our refund policy.

4. Reactivating

You can resubscribe anytime from the pricing page. Your account, collections, and saved searches stay associated with your email.
